

TEXTILE

Textile is an experimental craft space that allows me to explore the beauty of nature during my free time. Work shown here and mostly textile works that i have in school for a project and also work that i have done alone at home to explore various type of dyeing technique.


Work display here is experimental work for my Final Year Project. I explore various interesting textile manipulation like burning edges of fabric using match sticks, lighters, cigarettes and candles as i am exploring these item it actually gives different results and a sophisticated look.
BURNING
NATURAL DYE

Fabric dyeing using of COFFEE-TEA-FLOWERS. End result allow us to archive brown fabric and when using of flowers (natural dye) it will allow us to achieve colour like greenish-grey colour with spot on the area where you place the flowers.

SHIBORI DYE
Experimenting fabric with red dye using Japanese Shibori technique. In order to archive the effect fabric needs to be tie using a rope.

Design were inspired by the shape flesh of a pomelo flesh. A final design for my Textile Innovation Module.

Exploring of traditional batik and fabric paint over. Design were part of a research for Textile Innovation module. Left artwork is a pomelo fruit with zectangle background and right artwork is a pattern dragon fruits.
